Global Human Resources & Organizational Development Strategist & Educator
I grew up in an academic family. That shaped everything.
The belief that ideas have consequences. That rigorous thinking is a form of respect. That the most important work is building people. That belief became a practice when I began my consulting career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in the People and Change Management competency group.
What followed has taken me across industries, geographies, and organizational levels — from for-profit to not-for-profit organizations across Africa, Europe, and North America. That foundational belief has never left me. It is, in every sense, my mission: building people and organizations, one engagement at a time.
The practice
Over 25+ years I have operated across what most professionals treat as separate careers: executive practitioner, strategic advisor, and academic. I am Nigerian and American, with a professional outlook shaped by living and working across cultures on four continents. That experience is not incidental to my practice. It is foundational to it.
"Every engagement, every session, every conversation is an opportunity to leave something better than I found it. That is not a tagline. It is the measure I apply to everything I do."
