My consulting career started in the People and Change Management Competency Group at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), from where I progressively moved into Executive Leadership roles in various organizations.

I taught Insurance and Risk management, Industrial Economics, Marketing, Human Resources Management, and Leadership as a resource person, full-time and adjunct faculty at various business schools in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

I am currently an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University, Washington DC, teaching Global Human Resources on the Masters in Human Resources Management program.

I hold a First - Class Degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos, an MBA in Finance from CASS Business School, City University London, and a Doctorate in Industrial & Business Studies from the University of Warwick, Coventry.

In addition to this, I am a certified Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute ACII (England) and a Certified Expert in Micro - Finance CEMF.
