Experience

I have worked in Strategic Human Resources Management and Organizational Development leadership roles in for-profit organizations and consult for cross-sectoral and multi-cultural organizations globally. I partner with international development agencies on public sector institutional capacity strengthening projects in the area of Organizational Design & Development, Business Modeling, Strategic HRM, and Employee Competency Development. I am passionate about learning and development, sharing my expertise and experience as an educator in the business, public sector ,and higher education spaces.

My consulting career started in the People and Change Management Competency Group at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), from where I progressively moved into Executive Leadership roles in various organizations.

I have taught Insurance and Risk management, Industrial Economics, Marketing, Human Resources Management, and Leadership on a full-time adjunct faculty basis at various business schools in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
