I have worked in strategic human resources management and organizational development leadership/executive roles in for-profit organizations and consulted for cross-sectoral and multicultural organizations globally. I partner with international development agencies on public sector institutional capacity strengthening projects in organizational design and development, Business Modeling, Strategic HRM, and Employee Competency Development. I am passionate about learning and development, sharing my expertise and experience as an educator in the business, public, and higher education sectors.
My consulting career began in the People and Change Management Competency Group at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), from which I progressed into Executive Leadership roles in various organizations.
